The AP Strength Flat Bench?s pad is firm yet comfortable and provides reassuring support to feel comfortable when going heavy. The covering is exceptionally durable and wipes clean easily. As with all of CP?s strength products, this bench is tested based on ASTM standard to hold up to 1,250 lbs. Safety and dependability are expected, tested and confirmed.
