I hesitated with these bands and almost returned them because no single of the four bands could give me enough resistance to complete and assisted pull-up. But then I realized- I can double, triple, even quadruple these four bands together to create the resistance I needed! I’m working towards completing my first unassisted pull-up and these bands will be fantastic to work with to reduce the resistance as I progress. Good quality bands and they come with a storage bag! Definitely recommend!

Now with the resistance band, it's as simple as use one of them or combine ones to get a larger lbs. I doubted the sturdiness before buying, but it's cheap and also well made with quality material.
There are also tons of YouTube videos teaching you how to creatively using these bands to exercise. Be sure to try them out.

I use canes and a wheelchair for mobility, and I use these resistance bands to pull my doors closed as I am exiting or entering the house, because I am not completely hands-free and can’t conveniently walk backward or wheel backward while holding onto a door handle. In addition, when I am bringing my handcycle in the house or out of the house, I am also not hands-free, so I put these bands over my neck and pull the door closed that way. They are very flexible and durable and comfortable l find these work much better than the nylon straps I previously used for this purpose.

I am glad that I came across these bands. I am disabled and have limited mobility in my arms and legs but it doesn't stop me from working out at home. I currently have my bands underneath my furniture for a productive work out! I love that there are different bands depending on your level of resistance. I highly recommend purchasing these bands!

I have been using these bands 3 times a week for the last 6 or 7 weeks. They are very easy to use, provide excellent levels of resistance; and are holding up really well. I have been using them without gloves, and they are comfortable, without any pinching of my hands or fingers. I used to use machines, but transitioned over to bands, so I can do strength training at home and not have to go to the gym any more. I wanted something I can use after I retire, and these seem to do the trick.

I LOVE the flexibility and how easy lightweight to carry the training band around. I need to train my upper body because I have very weak arms, back and shoulders, but I have no time go to gym. Sitting at my office desk from 9-5 definitely does not help. This set of bands are so flexible. I just put it next to my work station and I can have a couple of stretches. I sure feel the sore next day. I like the result. ❤️

I originally ordered the set to get one band for myself to help with ankle exercises however I recently found out that they are very useful for large dogs who are having medical problems, when using it to help my German shepherd with arthritic hips to support himself when he walks.

The largest resistance band, 75 to 100 pounds, was incredibly useful for me in helping the dog while I am currently injured and unable to use my full strength.

This product was a blessing.

The package has 4 bands. Yellow, Red, black, and violet. Each color has a level of resistance, from yellow (great for stretches, rotator cuff and scapula warm up exercises; the red (great for biceps, tricep extensions, rows, shoulders, etc; the black one works great for squats, jumping squats, and many more exercises for compound exercises; my favorite, its the violet because I can do assisted chin ups, pull ups,I can do agility exercises like jumping, running in one place.
I was amazed by the price because its inexpensive, the quality its the same as the big brands bands, same material. This is a good buy if you train at your home, beach or park, you can take it to your favorite gym to add variations to your routines, you can even take them with you in your vacation or bussiness trips.
This is a must have product because it helps you to build strenght, stamina, resistance, agility and condition.
I would buy again.

I was working with my baseball team over the summer and realized how handy the bands were for resistance training. Then the trainer showed me how to use them to stretch out my lats and that is what made me order them. These are top quality bands included in a pouch. I mostly used the black and purple one, but the others will come in handy at some point. After having them and watching more instagram videos, I realized I can those these into any back and still get a work out at work when I need to take a break, or on a trip when traveling! I'm so happy!
