    I actually use this push up board every time I work out! The plastic parts are very durable & the board is well made. I use my weight lifting gloves when I do my push-ups on this board & it is a lot more comfortable.

    Overall I was really satisfied with this considering how cheap it was compared to the other push-up boards ! Totally worth the money if you are on a budget

    This is a useful and relatively inexpensive push-up board. The handles are adjustable allowing you to isolate different muscle groups. They're also comfortable to grip and don't seem to place any undue strain on the wrists or the tendons in the forearm.

    The guide which accompanies the board is relatively straightforward to understand. It doesn't appear to have been written by a native English speaker but it's still far more coherent than most British people are when posting to Facebook ('u ok hun').
