The Bottom Line:
My son and I do soccer and baseball training with these ladders and they work great. They are constructed just like the others we have. These are a great value for a set of 2 so we can keep one in the car for training at the park and one for home.
I timed it (because I'm a nerd) and I had both setup and torn down in exactly 1 min. The construction appears to be nylon webbing for the straps and a fairly high quality plastic for the rungs. Assuming this could get stomped on by cleats (at youth football or soccer), it's good to see that these rungs are fairly robust.
The layflat design is also superior to the old school method of agility training, namely old bald tires arranged side-by-side. There's nothing to trip or snag you, and if you do manage to pick up the ladder on the end of your shoe, it's quick to lay it back down and keep going.
The included "ladder drills" are helpful but not overly creative. For copyright reasons, I covered up the drills in my picture. Odd note, the directions mention "metal stakes" which aren't mentioned in the product listing. This is probably a case of product documentation being out of sync with the actual product configuration. If used on grass, I don't think the stakes would be all that helpful, so it makes sense that the product manager removed them.
Lastly, I can't stress how simple and easy these are to use. Great addition to my training kit.
Very long and you can use that for a few exercises
