Its a rocket and so far the only issue i have experienced which some other reviews have mentioned are some brake squeaking which is easily resolved. This bike easily tops 25 mph on flat land and its 750 watt motor has enough torque to easily power me up hills in my area while maintaining good speed. The battery life is excellent and if you use an ebike the way you should meaning pedaling too you can expect to get much more than 20 miles on a fully charged battery on flat terrain. As far as bang for the buck goes i have been to the bike shops and if the big names like Specialized, Trek etc. are your thing be prepared to spend thousands more for a ebike with similar features but with significantly less power. This bike also blows everything away that i have come across in the looks department. Its just a really good looking bike and as others have mentioned be prepared to be told that often by people you pass when out riding. I mention that cause if your normally not a talkative person then avoid public gatherings with this bike cause it draws a crowd and people will have many questions. The bike comes really well packed and is 90% assembled so if you can install the seat, pedals, front tires and bolt on a light all which should not take more than 20 minutes you should be good to go. One final tip i would recommend that you investigate the availability of a extra battery. I purchased another ebike on Amazon for my wife and was told by the seller “extra batteries for it were available on Amazon or at a local bike shop”. That was misleading, simply not true. Ebike batteries have specific sleds with specific pin orientations that the batteries mount to your bike with. One manufactures battery will in most cases not work with another's. So its not simply a matter of finding a battery that is the same voltage, watts and amp ratings when you want to buy an extra battery to extend your riding range, have one always charged and ready to go or are thinking down the road in a couple years when your existing lipo battery wears out and needs to be replaced. My advice if the ebike you are considering currently does not have a extra battery available for you to purchase move on and find another one and don't take a sellers word for it cause as i found out the hard way they often are misleading. Not saying you have to buy an extra battery right now just make sure you could if you wanted to cause eventually for one reason or another you will need to. I had no problem ordering a extra backup battery for this bike. I also purchased a bike carry bag on Amazon which fits the battery perfectly and also fits perfectly on this bikes back rack so now no worries about running out of juice on a long ride. This bike is pretty heavy and where i live there are hills so i would not want to get stuck 30 miles from home having to pedal the bike up hills. So overall this is a great ebike and i am very satisfied with my purchase. I should mention that i did buy this bike directly from the manufacture so i cannot speak to any issues or problems anyone may have with the seller who offers these bikes on Amazon. As i said in the beginning i have only owned this bike since December 2021 and have logged a couple hundred miles so i cannot speak yet to long term reliability issues. That said its a bike at the end of the day and bike parts are replaceable when they wear out or fail so I'm not overly concerned with that. Overall i am very satisfied with this purchase and if something changes over the next few months i will come back make note of it and update this review. Whichever ebike you choose prepare to have a ton of fun and enjoyment and always wear a helmet!
