Love love love this!! I replaced the hammock part with the stretchy alternative and the combo works great together! I saved the hammock part that came with and use it for camping for kids to play in. Really peaceful, fun new skill to learn solo without pressure. I tuck it aside to store when not in use so it’s easy to use and put away on a whim. I’ve gifted one to a friend with a child in gymnastics and she loves it as well.

This yoga swing is beyond amazing! I originally got this due to back pain that flared up randomly. Super easy to use, even for a first timer like myself or for someone without any yoga skills or knowledge. The three lengths of handles is convenient, as well, especially when I start feeling unsteady and flounder like a fish about to fall off a cliff. Everyone needs this yoga swing!

I was very skeptical to buying this product as I am fairly new to aerial yoga. This product came in fast, and I was very pleased with it. I ordered the wall mount bar separately, with my own screws, as it doesn't come with any mounting equipment. The fabric is strong and silky, it holds me up just fine and I am 5'4" 170lbs. It comes with an ebook that shows plenty of beginner and moves into advanced poses with instructions. Overall I love it! Especially the color!

Great yoga trapeze swing! I love it! It's really useful tool for those who want to keep the body in shape and soul in harmony. You can practice yoga, inversions exercises which are great for your back, use it just like a hammock for relax. I often use only handles for TRX training - it is much cheaper. It is portable - so you can take it with you anywhere. Super easy to install. High-quality product. I have already bought 2 more yoga swing kits as presents to my sister and my friend. Definitely, recommend! Especially if you need some stretch and relax for your back - inversion exercises are something!

I am so happy that my endocrinologist suggested I try a Yoga Trapeze. I had wanted an inversion table to decompress my spine. We live in an RV and have limited space to use or store one. I was willing to try this trapeze and I am happy that I did. My husband made me a special stand to use it outdoors. Works great. After a few days of getting used to hanging upside down I love the way it has made my whole body feel. I feel lighter and stronger. I only wish I had had one of these many years ago before my back got so stiff. I purchased the aqua color and really like it. I wish that they had provided a larger bag to stow the trapeze in. I had to find a larger one for that purpose. Other than that non issue I will be using this for a long time to come.

I am overwhelmed with excitement & love! I love my yoga trapeze! I have told everyone I work with & all my friends about this! My life is forever changed! I was instantly intrigued by this marvelous invention when it first caught my attention through an advertisement in the land of Facebook. All that night I was infatuated by the idea & knew I was going to hang upside down, get my blood flowing and approve low back pain. The yoga trapeze is going to transform me into a flexible yoga goddess. I have it hanging on my porch, as you can see I took my porch swing down off the hooks & it's a perfect place to hang!

I used to exercise aerial yoga in a studio to get back in shape. And finally, I got my own yoga trapeze! I like it more than the ones we had in a studio. As for me, the fabric is softer, the quality in common is better, carabiners are not so sharp and it looks stylish. And these daisy chains are really great!
I like to use it for stretching, inverted exercises and relaxing at the end of my usual morning run. It is also really easy to take it anywhere (I like to train in the park) using the pouch.
Well worth the money!

I work in yoga studio for more than 3 years. The time came to upgrade our yoga trapezes. I ordered a few sets from different sellers. It was a small tender and in my opinion, Yoga4You proposes the best quality product for this price. The material is nice parachute silk nylon, it feels really good and comfortable during exercising - it does not "cut" into the body. Stitches are well-done, handles are soft and strong, the plastic they are made of is different from the one we have - it looks more strong. I like the color and design itself - for yoga studio, it is quite important. I would recommend this yoga trapeze for studio and home usage.
