Adjustable weight customizes it to your ideal exercise intensity. Our dumbbells have 16 weight plates in 4 different weights, 4 pieces for each weight, and 2 spinlock collars to make the adjustment easier. Nonslip knurled handles this dumbbell set features a hard plastic handle with a diamond knurled texture on each bar to increase friction, ensuring the safety of your every workout.
