It’s comfortable to use and it’s durable, non slip grips and I love the colors for different weights.
I would definitely recommend this booty bands to anyone. It’s beautifully package.
The material of the bands are surprisingly super soft. Not that rough feeling with others I’ve gotten. I’m not crazy about the color selection, honestly, but, that’s my personal opinion. I like purples, greys and blues. Maybe lime green, florescent yellow, cheery summer orange? Those would be a nice change from what everyone else sells. Anyway, I digress.
The bands are really durable and grip so they aren’t moving around. The green color is the lightest and it feels pretty strong for being a light band compared to many others “light”. If you’re a beginner, you definitely will want to start with the green until you get used to it and can work your way up strength wise.
I give it 5 stars even though I’m not crazy about the color selection because from the very start when I received my package (very timely), I was just super impressed with the thought and effort this company put into making this product. It always speaks volumes of a company, and for that, they have my business. I sincerely appreciate the thought put into everything from the product to the packaging. If someone doesn’t care about marketing (their packaging), they really don’t care about their product. Plain and simple. I appreciate Vergali and they’ve earned a customer.
My favorite part is the rubber lining sown into the band making it nonslip and still comfortable.

I think it's absolutely hilarious that they make the color coding on the bands so Crystal Clear. Not only does it have it labeled pink is the light, then you get a bit harder with the medium and it's in a green, and you start getting into strong and it's dark gray, and for those who dare there is the black one which is aptly named heroic! I love these!
